When will I receive my order?

Orders are subject to verification and approval before shipping and may take a few days to process. All orders need 1-3 business days to be processed and shipped out.

Can I track my order?

All orders can be tracked with the tracking number provided to you via email once your order is processed and you have received an order number.

What is your return policy?

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Return any unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise by mail. All original tags must be attached on merchandise. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

I need another size. Can I make an exchange?

We allow an exchange for another size or color of the same collection as long as the merchandise is still in new condition. A request for an exchange must be made within 48 hours after the package is received.
